The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to improve the functionality and reliability of electronic devices, contribute to customer satisfaction and reduce costs associated with malfunctions and breakdowns. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Assess electronic fault symptom. 2. Implement electronic preliminary test. 3. Test electronic components. 4. Trace electronic signal. 5. Check electronic firmware. 6. Produce electronic troubleshooting activity reports.
