Course Descriptions
The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to perform system maintenance by scanning for computer viruses and maintaining the system unit, peripherals, network devices and operating system, including preventive maintenance work, so that the computer system operates reliably. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to: 1. Conduct Scanning Computer Virus. 2. Conduct Computer System Unit Maintenance. 3. Conduct Computer Peripherals Maintenance. 4. Conduct Preventive Maintenance Work. 5. Conduct Network Devices Maintenance. 6. Conduct Operating System Maintenance.
